“We’re rethinking the very idea of senior living with The Variel. This next-generation retirement community is now under construction in a vibrant location of Warner Center in Woodland Hills, California. It’s fresh. It’s inspiring. And it fills the gap in senior housing for today’s active independent older adults. We’ve set the bar high at The Variel. The upscale contemporary design reflects the Southern California lifestyle you love. It’s the perfect place to live independently while enjoying a full range of services and amenities. The Variel also brings a fresh perspective on Assisted Living and Memory Care to the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. Plus, the valuable rental concept makes this a smart housing option for today and the future.”
