– help maintain muscle strength

Our classes are available to fit the participants’ fitness level – with exercises done while sitting, standing or on the floor. Participants who participate in the class have experienced such benefits as increased functional ability, increased self-care behaviors, decreased pain and decreased depression. This class is the only one open to the general public.
